Overview: <p>We&rsquo;re hiring a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Marketing Manager,</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Influencer &amp; Social Media</strong>&nbsp;to lead how Wonderbrands shows up across social and influencer platforms in Canada. This role owns both the&nbsp;<strong>strategy and execution</strong>,&nbsp;ensuring Wonder, Gadoua, and our broader portfolio are relevant, engaging, and part of everyday conversations.</p> <p>Our brands are iconic on shelf. Social is where they stay modern, culturally relevant, and connected to Canadians. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Social Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the social channel strategy across the portfolio. Define each platform&rsquo;s role, content mix, cadence, and KPIs to ensure clear purpose, consistency, and measurable impact.</li> <li>Lead the execution of Wonderbrands&rsquo; organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.</li> <li>Translate brand priorities into clear briefs, content roadmaps, and publishing calendars ensuring disciplined, high-quality execution across internal teams and agency partners.</li> <li>Own the social and creator content calendar, aligning brand, agency, and internal inputs to maintain consistency, cultural relevance, and momentum.</li> <li>Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts and proactively bringing forward ideas that keep our brands modern and competitive.</li> <li>Drive ideation sessions with cross-functional partners to generate timely, platform-native concepts tied to key brand, seasonal, and retail moments.</li> <li>Remain hands-on when required, helping to concept, edit, refine, or publish content to capitalize on real-time opportunities.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, and Sales to ensure social plays a central role in major brand moments &ndash; from campaigns and partnerships to retail programs and product launches.</li> <li>Continuously raise the bar on quality, speed, and distinctiveness ensuring everything we publish strengthens brand equity and drives measurable impact.</li> <li><strong>Partner with paid Media Agency to develop and deliver social assets optimized for paid amplification.</strong></li> <li><strong>Ensure organic and paid social work in sync while delivering against distinct objectives.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Influencer &amp; Creator Ecosystem</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategy and execution of Wonderbrands&rsquo; influencer and creator programs across seeding, partnerships, whitelisting and affiliates.</li> <li>Identify and approve creator partners and content to ensure strong brand fit, platform relevance, and campaign alignment.</li> <li>Build scalable creator frameworks that support brand launches, seasonal moments, and retail priorities.</li> <li>Help build internal creator and influencer capabilities over time, identifying opportunities to bring select programs in-house to increase speed, efficiency, and brand ownership.</li> <li>Manage creator agency partners, providing clear briefs, creative direction, timelines, and performance expectations.</li> <li>Hold agency partners accountable to performance, ensuring programs are insight-led, measurable, and optimized.</li> <li>Track creator program performance and apply learnings to improve partnerships, content formats, and overall impact.</li> <li>Manage the creator budget, ensuring disciplined spend and clear ROI tied to brand and business goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance, Insights &amp; Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a clear social and creator performance framework with defined KPIs, benchmarks, and success metrics for 2026.</li> <li>Track and analyze performance across social platforms and creator partnerships, using insights to continuously refine content, formats, and partnerships.</li> <li>Surface community feedback, audience behavior, and emerging trends to inform future content and brand storytelling.</li> <li>Monitor competitors, cultural moments, and platform shifts to ensure Wonderbrands shows up in ways that feel timely and relevant.</li> <li>Partner with the media agency to track performance and apply ongoing optimizations.</li> <li>Lead performance reporting and turn insights into actions that strengthen our social and creator strategy over time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Community Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the day-to-day management of Wonderbrands&rsquo; social communities, ensuring timely,&nbsp;thoughtful, and on-brand engagement across comments, DMs, mentions, and tagged content.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage the scheduling and publishing of social content, ensuring accuracy, quality control,and on-time delivery across platforms.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor community sentiment and surface insights, trends, and potential issues to Brand.</li> <li>Manage agency partners responsible for community management on specific brands, setting clear expectations for tone, responsiveness, and reporting.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to deepen engagement through giveaways, surprise-and-delight moments, partnerships and community-driven activations.</li> </ul>
