Overview: <p>Our Production Team is looking for new team members!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location: Etobicoke, ON.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Employment Type:&nbsp;</strong>Part Time&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Shift:&nbsp;</strong>Days and Nights (24 hours per week) - Must have flexible availability throughout the week (weekdays and weekends)</p> <p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong>&nbsp;$18.00/hr.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Pack the product into trays or boxes as needed.</li> <li>Stack the product in trays as per specification.</li> <li>Coordinate with Lead Hand and Machine Operator for any quality issues.</li> <li>Follow finished product-packaging instructions.</li> <li>Pack the product at machine speed.</li> <li>Clean the area at packaging and follow GMPs at all times.</li> <li>Maintain clean work area.</li> <li>Perform additional tasks as directed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Previous experience in general labour/production (food production experience is an asset).</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.</li> <li>Possess some degree of mechanical aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to work in an efficient but safe manner.</li> <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Strong numeracy skill.</li> <li>Ability to think, troubleshoot, and react to situations.</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Strong multi-tasking skills.</li> <li>Excellent attendance record.</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal).</li> <li>Flexible availability during both weekends and weekdays).</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <p>Wonderbrands is committed to fostering a work environment with strong core values that support diversity through various policies, programs and activities that encourage sensitivity and accommodations.
