From your first week, you will be embedded in the commercial heart of Wonderbrands &mdash; working alongside experienced GTM Managers and cross-functional teams on some of the most strategically important product launches and retail execution programs in the company's recent history.</p> <p>Based on your GTM team function, your work will touch product commercialization, private label and no-brand product programs, customer presentation development, performance tracking, POS execution, promotional coordination, in-store sampling, or Broker network activation. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Project Coordination &amp; Tracking</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers for assigned GTM initiatives.</li> <li>Track action items across cross-functional stakeholders and follow up proactively to ensure commitments are met on time.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation &mdash; meeting notes, status reports, risk logs, and decision records.</li> <li>Flag delays, risks, or gaps in execution to your GTM Manager as soon as they are identified.</li> <li>Help prepare regular status updates and progress reports for GTM Managers and senior stakeholders.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for cross-functional working sessions &mdash; scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking.</li> <li>Support communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Broker partners on assigned initiatives.</li> <li>Ensure every stakeholder on your initiatives has what they need &mdash; the right information, the right materials, and the right timeline &mdash; to deliver their part of the plan.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of commercialization plans, launch briefs, and stakeholder presentations.</li> <li>Build productive working relationships across the organization so that the GTM Enablement team is seen as organized, reliable, and easy to work with.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Product Commercialization Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in coordinating product launches through the commercialization pipeline &mdash; tracking key milestones from PLM handoff through to confirmed distribution and shelf placement.</li> <li>Support the preparation of customer-facing product launch presentations &mdash; including data gathering, slide preparation, and formatting to Wonderbrands' presentation standards.</li> <li>Help coordinate private label and no-brand product programs &mdash; tracking development timelines, retailer approval processes, and launch readiness.</li> <li>Assist in defining and tracking success metrics for product launches &mdash; including distribution targets, velocity benchmarks, and market penetration goals.</li> <li>Support post-launch performance reviews by gathering data, organizing findings, and preparing summary materials.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Retail &amp; Field Execution Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the coordination of POS material development and deployment &mdash; tracking production timelines, retailer specifications, and store-level placement compliance.</li> <li>Support promotional execution coordination &mdash; maintaining the promotional calendar, communicating program details to Broker and retail partners, and tracking execution compliance.</li> <li>Help coordinate in-store sampling programs &mdash; supporting logistics, scheduling, product supply, and post-event reporting.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and distribution of Broker briefing packages.</li> <li>Track Broker and field execution compliance across markets and flag gaps to your GTM Manager.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the collection, organization, and analysis of retail performance data &mdash; including distribution, velocity, promotional compliance, and in-store execution metrics.</li> <li>Help build and maintain performance tracking dashboards and reporting tools.</li> <li>Conduct analysis of retail and execution data to identify trends, gaps, or early warning signals.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of post-launch and post-promotion review materials.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Continuous Learning &amp; Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Absorb everything around you &mdash; every meeting, every dataset, every customer conversation is an opportunity to build your commercial knowledge and accelerate your development.</li> <li>Bring fresh eyes and intellectual curiosity to every problem &mdash; we value the perspective of someone who is seeing the CPG industry for the first time and asking questions that experienced people have stopped asking.</li> <li>Continuously look for ways to improve the tools, templates, and processes the GTM team uses to execute its work.</li> <li>Share observations and ideas with your GTM Manager &mdash; your perspective matters here.</li> </ul>
