Overview: <p>Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will perform day-to-day accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Process high-volume customer remittances &amp; deductions.</li> <li>Analyze customer claims for deductions; shortages; price discrepancies.</li> <li>Process customer payments (EDI, Wire Transfers, and Cheques).</li> <li>Follow up with customers for collections and deductions.</li> <li>Process Claims.</li> <li>Navigate through Customer Portals (review invoice status/customer invoicing, etc.).</li> <li>Liaise with other departments for issue resolution.</li> <li>Perform regular account reconciliations and keep customer accounts current.</li> <li>Produce reports as required.</li> <li>Perform other accounting related duties as required.</li> </ul>
