Overview: <p><strong>Our team is looking for a Mixer Operator to join our nights team!</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Position:</u>&nbsp;Mixer Operator</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Shift Schedule:</u></strong>&nbsp;Nights (11pm - 7am)</p> <p><strong><u>Location</u></strong>: 122 Carrier Drive. Etobicoke, ON. M9W 5R1</p> <p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong>&nbsp;$20.50/hr</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Scale all ingredients according to recipes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Cut,&nbsp;weigh,&nbsp;scale,&nbsp;measure and&nbsp;place dough in bins/mixing bowls and move into fermentation area&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Fill mixers with pre-measured ingredients in correct sequence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor and maintain the correct size, color and weight of various products as set out by&nbsp;our&nbsp;recipe specifications&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Troubleshoot dough, adding ingredients to ensure the quality expectations are being met and taking into account the variables such as ingredients, temperature&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use. Adhere to all Food Safety and Health &amp; Safety policies and&nbsp;procedures and&nbsp;have an understanding and respect for GMPs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul>
