Overview: We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support our Proposal Manager with all facets of Corporate proposal efforts. This is a junior level position full of potential and room for growth. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude who loves to solve problems and develop professional products.<br />
Responsibilities: Responsibilities/Duties <ul> <li>Read and analyze Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quote (RFQs), Sources Sought Notices, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), with additional attention to Statement of Work, evaluation methodology, and submission requirements.</li> <li>Consolidate RFP questions from technical Subject Matter Experts (SME), Corporate leadership, and Pricing Lead.</li> <li>Schedule, organize, conduct and participate in meetings with internal resources, customers, and partners to create winning proposals.</li> <li>Develop and maintain proposal checklists, outlines, compliance matrices and schedules.</li> <li>Coordinate completion of proposal-specific Government forms (i.e. SF1449, SF30, Reps &amp; Certs, W-9, etc.).</li> <li>Complete resumes in the approved Corporate template for all proposed Key Personnel.</li> <li>Create job requisitions in support of contingent hiring efforts.</li> <li>Review and analyze draft and final RFPs and related documents and develop compliant proposal outline and responses.</li> <li>Complete past performance forms/questionnaires.</li> <li>Prepare initial RFI and Sources Sought responses.</li> <li>Create and maintain opportunity records in Costpoint.</li> <li>Performing desktop publishing activities and managing the final production of proposals</li> <li>Participate in metrics collection and analysis and provide reports to the Proposal Manager and Capture Manager.</li> <li>Assist with maintaining and creating proposal content from approved and submitted proposals into a standard repository</li> </ul>
Requirements: Required Skills <ul> <li>Expert working knowledge of MS Office products and Adobe PDF creation, consolidation, and editing.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral to include product presentations</li> <li>Strong leadership skills, ability to lead and collaborate with The Building People&rsquo;s business units and subcontractors.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task on numerous projects and stay within critical timelines</li> <li>Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with little supervision</li> <li>Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.</li> </ul> <br />Required Experience <ul> <li>1-2 years&rsquo; experience participating in the development of federal government proposals, sales presentations, sales proposals, or government grants.</li> </ul> Required Education <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, English or other related field</li> </ul>
