As a resource coach, you will be responsible for assisting agents brokers and brands with all aspects of running a successful Real Estate business following our proven systems and processes.<br /><br /> <p><strong>Special Considerations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strongly prefer someone with experience in the real estate business who is well organized and wants to learn from one of the best</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>General Office duties including answering phones, opening an office, post and organize mail, keep inventory and re-ordering of supplies.</li> <li>Customer Service</li> <li>Marketing including, updating websites, blogs, online listings, social media, creating fliers, mailers, and videos.</li> <li>learn and assist clients in the execution of training tools and materials</li> <li>Provide support to coaches and clients.</li> <li>Cross over responsibilities may be required in our actual real estate business</li> <li>Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up.</li> <li>Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, and all involved in transactions.</li> <li>Ensure all paperwork is in order.</li> <li>Proofreading skills are a big plus.</li> </ul>
