Full Time

$30k to $45k Annual

Overview: <p>You will be responsible for processing the full cycle of accounting; including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, weekly cash flow, monthly financial and metrics reporting and financial statements.</p> <p>If you have 3-5 plus years experience with Accounting / Bookkeeping and general accounting skills, preferred experience working with construction company and enjoy a team environment that prides itself on providing excellent customer service and quality work, you may qualify for this position.<br /><br />Must Have experience working with revenues over $10 million and be proficient with QuickBooks Online Accounting Software.<br /><br />QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Complete hands-on responsibility for accounting functions</li> <li>Processing of AR/AP and collections activities</li> <li>Processing payroll</li> <li>Financial Analysis</li> <li>Responsibility for maintaining cash management systems</li> <li>Maintaining compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations</li> <li>Bank statement reconciliations</li> <li>Preparation of financial reports</li> <li>Ensuring the administrative and data entry functions are completed</li> <li>Other functions as directed by management</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>3-5 plus years Accounting / Full Charge bookkeeping experience</li> <li>Experience working with rapidly growing firms preferred</li> <li>Expert with QuickBooks Online</li> <li>QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred</li> <li>Experience with reconciliations</li> <li>Payroll, AP/AR experience required</li> <li>Financial Analysis</li> <li>Cash Management experience</li> <li>Generalist experience with administrative and clerical duties</li> <li>Strong project managing skills</li> <li>Strong time management skills</li> <li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li> <li>Ability to work well in teams</li> <li>This position is subject to a criminal background check</li> </ul>
