Overview: <p><strong>Sales Development Representative&nbsp;Mission:</strong></p> <p>Support our Sales Consultants by converting high-volume leads that originate from multiple sources.</p> <p>As a member of the Workman Success team, you&rsquo;ll serve as voice to all those who come in contact with our company. You&rsquo;ll speak with prospects who want to learn more about our products. Your primary functions will be supporting the sales team by calling and nurturing leads and prospects with the goal of qualifying and scheduling them for appointments. This will require the ability to work independently and to be organized and driven. <br /><br />Because you will be the face of Workman Success, building rapport quickly will be a key skill, and your enthusiasm and understanding of our product will lead to your success. You will be in a key position to identify highly qualified prospects and share these connections with the assigned sales consultants. Although this is not a quota sales position, high performers may be considered for a transition to a sales role.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p><strong>Outcomes:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualify and schedule leads that come from various sources at a level of 100 appointments each month.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a rate of 75 appointments held each month.</li> <li>Achieve 60% of the monthly appointment-held goal by month 2 of your employment (45 appointments held).</li> <li>Achieve 100% of the monthly sales budget by month 4 of your employment (75 appointments held).</li> <li>Memorize and execute sales processes and scripts as outlined by sales leadership each week.</li> <li>Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in our CRM, and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information daily.</li> <li>Attend on-going sales and product training and develop understanding and proficiency with our products.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
