Overview: <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">At Yellowstone Boys &amp; Girls Ranch our Group Home Therapists are an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team for adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and developmental challenges. They provide evidence-based interventions to promote the mental health and well-being of the youth on their caseload. This position involves conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on varying diagnoses. Group Home Therapists are also responsible for working with different funding agencies, complying with external contract requirements, and federal and state guidelines for Therapeutic Youth Group Homes.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">In this role, you will be an essential member of a diverse and committed team of individuals working hard to prepare our youth for life. The youth we serve have experienced some significant trauma in their past so you will be working with a team trained in trauma-informed care. Your primary focus in this role will be providing individual and family therapy.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Starting Salary Range:</strong>&nbsp;Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. Responsibilities: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provide ongoing individual, family and group therapy in accordance with standards of practice and needs of the youth and family.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Complete all clinical paperwork in a timely fashion according to YBGR standards and applicable licensing and accreditation standards.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provide regular and ongoing treatment supervision and documentation for service area. Understand and communicate the justification for continued need for treatment at a Group Home&nbsp;level of care.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Adhere to code of ethics including: The Child and Youth Worker Code of Ethics, The National Association of Social Worker Code and The American Psychological Association Code.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Complete psychological testing and intakes as assigned by supervisor.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Perform duties related to licensure as an independent practitioner to include but not limited to providing clinical training to team members and peers and supervision of master level interns.</span></li> </ul>
