Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct scheduled bed checks every&nbsp;<strong>15&ndash;30 minutes</strong>&nbsp;to ensure youth safety and well-being.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized lodge office and assist with laundry and linens.</li> <li>Provide positive interaction and support to youth during overnight hours.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure smooth continuity of care.</li> <li>Complete required documentation, chart audits, and filing.</li> <li>Respond appropriately in crisis or high-stress situations.</li> <li>Participate in monthly coaching and supervision.</li> <li>Uphold YBGR&rsquo;s mission, values, and safety standards.</li> <li>Engage in ongoing training and professional development.</li> </ul>
