Responsibilities: <div><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING </strong></div> <ul> <li>In charge of developing and establishing company systems and processes to ensure overall department efficiency.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure an outstanding client experience by leading our Guest Services team and directing the Salon services and programs.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Hold empowerment meetings with the Guest Services team to communicate performance expectations and provide feedback and mentoring.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist with the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for other departments and create team member career pathing opportunities.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Keep an eye on client retention patterns and find ways to deliver more value to our clients and improve the guest experience.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop monthly marketing promotions and identify other ways to increase profitability and improve existing processes.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Handle daily accounting duties, such as recording cash flow, preparing bank deposits, or generating financial statements.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Schedule guest appointments and maintain the client database as necessary.</li> </ul>
