Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for clearing and resetting tables in assigned venue. Continuously monitors tables to assess guests' needs in a courteous manner. Other customer service duties required as requested by restaurant supervisor in order to assist in reaching profitability and guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Greets guests in a timely manner and obtains beverage and/or food orders. initiates conversation with guests.</li> <li>Responsible for clearing all tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards.</li> <li>Ensure each table is ready for guest&rsquo;s arrival in accordance with venue standards</li> <li>Monitor tables to assess guests needs and anticipates and responds to guest requests when meal has been completed keeping table clear to provide a clean, neat, eating area.</li> <li>Restock and clean assigned station at end of shift to have ready for start of next shift in accordance with Department of Health standards.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining a regular and consistent attendance record.</li> <li>Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.</li> <li>Know information regarding all Food &amp; Beverage Outlets to have ability to inform guests when they ask. - Follow cash handling procedures.</li> <li>Pre-bus station regularly.</li> <li>Complete assigned opening and closing side work.</li> <li>Claim tips received according to laws governing wage reporting.</li> <li>Provides Red Carpet Service to every patron and employee.</li> <li>Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.</li> <li>Adhere to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.</li> <li>Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.</li> <li>May be required to answer questions when a manager is not available.</li> <li>Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership.</li> <li>Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.</li> <li>High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.</li> <li>0 to 6 months relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.</li> <li>Ability to read, write and speak English required.</li> <li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.</li> <li>Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments.</li> <li>Ability to work unsupervised.</li> <li>Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards and work varied shifts, which will include weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
