Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for balancing and Auditing for accurate room revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.</li> <li>Transmit Credit card batches.</li> <li>Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents.</li> <li>Acts as hotel system liaison during night hours.</li> <li>Performs all Guest Service Representative functions as required, such as, booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages.</li> <li>Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key.</li> <li>Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.</li> <li>Make responsible judgment calls on quest issues during the overnight shift.</li> <li>Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.</li> <li>Must have good trouble shooting skills.</li> <li>Answer routine questions from co-workers</li> <li>Lead completion of daily tasks within the department or work unit</li> <li>interact with others when necessary to achieve desired outcomes</li> <li>Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>

Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required. REASONING ABILITY <br />Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
