Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ensure appropriate processes are followed to meet or exceed performance standards and goals.</li> <li>Locate contacts using basic and advanced skip tracing tools.</li> <li>Locate contacts by searching private databases, public records, and the world wide web (including social media platforms).</li> <li>Communicate with third parties for the purpose of acquiring contacts&rsquo; location information.</li> <li>Discern best contacts to make phone calls for contacting defendants located.</li> <li>Ensure investigation findings are communicated effectively in our proprietary system and legal documents.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to any client requirements.</li> <li>Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations with regards to personally sensitive information.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as required.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent; some college a plus.</li> <li>Must be able to pass criminal background check.</li> <li>Ability to obtain a Florida investigative license (We will pay for your training and license).</li> <li>Previous skip trace, investigative or research experience a plus.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).</li> <li>Previous experience with internet search engine resources beneficial.</li> <li>Previous customer service or call center experience a plus.</li> <li>Professional communication skills (verbal and written).</li> <li>Proven ability to take ownership, analyze and find creative solutions.</li> <li>Basic typing skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Attendance Requirements:</u></strong></p> <p>Due to the nature of the ProVest, LLC&rsquo;s needs, regular and reliable attendance is required.
