Overview: We are seeking to add a Re-Route Specialist On Site to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Re-Route complete service packets to servers within 48 hours of defendant being placed in &ldquo;awaiting summons to re-reroute.&rdquo;</li> <li>Establish work priorities by pulling identified workload reports, review and prioritize.</li> <li>Apply applicable knowledge and compliance related to client specifics to processes.</li> <li>Ensure all forms, notices and exhibits provided in service packets for server are in accordance with client specifics.</li> <li>Analyze case(s) through troubleshooting and problem solving, determine appropriate action based on state and client requirements.</li> <li>Apply critical quality review to ensure required information is accurate on all address data.</li> <li>Build strong working relationships with servers and service teams to ensure timely resolution to problems and work-related transactions.</li> <li>Add case, defendant and address level notices to company systems regarding communication with servers.</li> <li>Performs other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.).</li> </ul>
