Overview: <p>This position is tasked with leading the development of Product Analytics as a practice within the ADUSA Digital division. The ADUSA product team develops web and native app capabilities that enable millions of customers to shop every month. The Manager II of Digital Analytics analyzes how these developments impact the consumer journey.</p> <p>This includes managing and implementing new ideas for building the reporting solutions that will drive the success of our integrated digital portfolio, including web, mobile, digital coupons and other digital programs. This position will drive results through compelling thought leadership within the digital organization and beyond.</p> <p>This individual will contribute to the effective thought leadership within the digital analytics community; this includes a thorough understanding of web &amp; mobile technology, how features improve the consumer experience, and how to leverage the technology to devise program recommendations that will maximize the reach of the brand to customers. The intelligence delivered will be instrumental in leading short term action plans and developing long term strategies.</p> <p>The Manager II of Digital Analytics should be knowledgeable and keep on pace with industry best practices for digital measurement &amp; analysis methodologies to recommend evolution within the team. This position will also be responsible for developing and managing a team of junior/mid-level digital analytics professionals.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monitor and administer web/app analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with Ahold Delhaize goals to all levels of organization and management.</li> <li>Lead workstreams with Product teams to create measurement plans for key initiatives; ensure tagging is properly set up to capture KPIs.</li> <li>Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to executives for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives, aggregating various marketing and sales data.</li> <li>Provide valuable insights and connect to action in conjunction with reporting to progress digital engagement with customers across all the Ahold Delhaize Brands.</li> <li>Communicate and present to executive teams and management on project development, timelines, results, and forecasts.</li> <li>Generate thought leadership and actionable insights, to act as a trusted consultant with Brand Loyalty and Digital leads to grow the size and participation of social media from the ground-up.</li> <li>Partner to drive strategy to adapt messaging for various audiences. This can include: email, banner ads, sponsored content, videos, etc.</li> <li>Lead and develop small to medium team of analysts.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in web and app ecommerce required.</li> <li>Experience leading and developing a team.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Site Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).</li> <li>Experience with BI/Visualization Software (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau).</li> <li>Experience with SQL and the ability to directly query a database.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li> <li>Experience with large scale websites/big data associated with site.</li> <li>Prior web analytics experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA preferred; Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Finance or Computer Science preferred.</li> <li>Retail and Grocery experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Competent in presenting complex data analysis to mid-level management and above.</li> <li>Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize performance.</li> <li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong expertise in dashboard and report designing.</li> <li>Strong expertise with Data modeling &amp; Statistical analysis.</li> <li>Strong Client consulting experience.</li> </ul>
