Overview: Responsible for facilities management at the corporate office complex including operation, maintenance and repair of building, grounds, and equipment. &nbsp;Manage capital remodel projects, and space planning/office move activities. &nbsp;Develop the operating and capital budgets for facilities related activities and manage the department&rsquo;s day-to-day financial performance. &nbsp;Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and productive working environment.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage corporate office cafeteria, custodial, mailroom, maintenance, and receptionist activities including supervision, ordering of supplies, and scheduling of in-house staff and identify, recruit, and manage cost effective outside service contractors.</li> <li>Manage the repairs, maintenance, and inspections for the following systems at the corporate office complex: building, equipment, grounds, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), and building automation system (BAS)</li> <li>Develop scopes of work and manage capital projects from proposals, interviewing contractors, and project management, as well as tracking and monitoring costs.</li> <li>Manage the space planning and office move activities.</li> <li>Maintain the office layout floor plans.</li> <li>Develop and manage the expense and capital budgets, and prepare timely variance reports as required.</li> <li>Review and approve invoices for supplies, services, and work by outside vendors/contractors, including the submission for payment in Coupa.</li> <li>Act as liaison for building inspections.</li> <li>Actively participate with the Business Continuity Team.</li> <li>Respond to after-hours emergencies, when appropriate, and ensure backup when this is not practical.</li> <li>Lead the office first responder safety team to ensure coverage for all regular working hours and for the training. Conduct annual drills in cooperation with the building emergency team.</li> <li>Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience in managing/supervising multiple associates.</li> <li>Associate degree.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li> </ul> <br />Preferred Qualifications:<br /> <ul> <li>5 years of experience supervising maintenance team in a corporate office environment.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of financial systems.</li> </ul>
