Overview: <ul> <li>ADvantage POD analyst &ndash; Responsible for providing category specific insights for medium complexity categories in terms of scope/value (process and financial)</li> <li>Liaison between the ADvantage Support Center and the assigned category specific POD</li> <li>Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories</li> </ul> Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage small/medium initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage the relationship with the vendor collaboration center - expected to resolve issues quickly and effectively</li> <li>Communicate effectively with POD/Category leadership as well as the ADvantage Support Center</li> <li>Responsible for providing first-level category specific analysis, vendor analysis and vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files</li> <li>Support senior-level collaboration analysts and appropriately escalate issues</li> <li>Support delivering business insights and change management</li> <li>Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to target improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables</li> <li>Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience</li> <li>2 years relevant experience</li> <li>Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience</li> </ul> Skills and Abilities<br /> <ul> <li>Subject matter expert of assigned Brands and Categories in store operations, category management, forecasting, and replenishment</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, oral and written</li> <li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Strong analytical and data analysis skills demonstrated; experience developing data-driven analytical models</li> <li>Customer Focus</li> <li>Strategic Planning Acumen</li> <li>Proven project management skills: conceptualizing, planning, estimating and executing.</li> <li>Negotiation Skills</li> <li>Excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships and lead groups.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Attention to Detail</li> <li>Ability to manage and influence others in the organization, including executive levels</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering high quality results in a timely manner.</li> <li>Ability to influence change within ADUSA, the Brands and the Vendor community</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex problems and data sets</li> <li>Comfortable working in a virtual environment with reporting associates and/or leadership located in other campuses</li> </ul>
