This role will own full life cycle Product strategy from concept &amp; development to deployment and execution for supply chain and drive step change improvements in operations. This leader will lead product and feature developments that drive automated decisions with data science and machine learning to improve performance in operations. This leader is responsible for managing all communications with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership regarding all elements of their product portfolio. This leader will possess a solid understanding of software development agile practices and an understanding of data science &amp; machine learning practices.<br /><br /><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. &nbsp;Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. &nbsp;<br /><br />Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Set strategic product direction and prioritize development efforts for long term road map</li> <li>Drive the evolution of supply chain analytics from an ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding competency to a product focused development team</li> <li>Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development</li> <li>Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency</li> <li>Lead the prioritization of SC analytics product features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework</li> <li>Collaboratively translate SC analytics proof of concepts into scalable products through IT partnerships</li> <li>Drives overall IT relationships, budgeting process, prioritization, and resource allocation in collaboration with IT leads</li> <li>Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.</li> </ul>
