Overview: <ul> <li>ADvantage Support Center - responsible for providing first-level vendor support.</li> <li>Manage small/medium or Large (as assigned) initiatives/vendor accounts in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial).</li> <li>Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external).</li> <li>Support managers and ADvantage Analyst III associates.</li> <li>Seasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable systems, processes and procedures.</li> <li>Support development of department best-practices.</li> <li>Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage small/medium, or large (as assigned) vendor accounts in terms of COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation.</li> <li>Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external).</li> <li>Manage the ADvantage Support Center - expected to resolve issues quickly and effectively.</li> <li>Manage the ADvantage SharePoint site to ensure documentation is current and maintained.</li> <li>Seasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable processes and procedures.</li> <li>Support development of department best-practices and deliver business insights and change management.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to lead improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables.</li> <li>Help drive the implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands.</li> <li>Help drive reporting on vendor and program ROI, Scorecarding, adherence to KPI's, and vendor accountability.</li> <li>Responsible for providing first-level vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files.</li> <li>Support senior-level ADvantage Analysts and/or Managers and appropriately escalate issues.</li> <li>Support delivering business insights and change management.</li> <li>Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives.</li> <li>Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands.</li> <li>Additional responsibilities as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience.</li> <li>Lean Six Sigma experience/familiarity preferred.</li> <li>4 years of relevant experience.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Specialized in a legacy company systems, processes, and procedures.</li> <li>Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories.</li> <li>Relevant skills at exemplary, high-performing level of competency.</li> <li>Attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to manage and influence others in the organization, including executive levels.</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering high quality results in a timely manner.</li> <li>Ability to influence change within ADUSA, the Brands and the Vendor community.</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex problems and data sets.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a virtual environment with reporting associates and/or leadership located in other campuses.</li> </ul>
