Overview: The Campaign Planning Specialist is a critical role in shaping the digital customer website experience both large scale and small scale, assisting in the development of everything from the Great Local Brands site experience to visual merchandising (including content) to functionality and campaign planning and execution. The Campaign Planning Specialist drives impact, improvement and innovation to create a truly frictionless and engaging digital shopping experience. The role aligns and partners all business partners (brand merchandising, category, and marketing) to generate the most impactful and consistent commercial plans, unlocking ADRM (Ahold Delhaize Retail Media) investment and incremental commercial value from vendors. The Specialist will become an invaluable strategic partner with internal stakeholders (Ahold Delhaize Retail Media, Digital Campaign and Fresh/Center Digital Merchandising) Additionally , the role will develop and drive implementation for campaign planning and execution tools, processes and ways of working across the Digital Merchandising team.<br /><br /><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations is Scarborough, ME.<br /><br />Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Analyze prior campaign performance and aggregate insights to support Campaign Managers with program development and recommendations to Brand stakeholders</li> <li>Support annual scale merchandising racks planning by reviewing past scale results and providing recommendations for future merchandising plans.</li> <li>Support execution of annual and biannual planning processes by validating the prior year's planning outcomes and providing insights for the plans</li> <li>Provides support quarterly and period campaign planning processes for the Campaign Manager; communicate and provide execution details</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including channel owners, marketing and data science to develop holistic marketing plants that align with overall marketing objectives</li> <li>Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution</li> <li>Supports the campaign setup and implementation to support scale campaigns, i.e. shopper marketing, ADRM by providing the Shopper Marketing Manager insights from prior campaigns</li> </ul> <br /><br />&nbsp;
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or marketing</li> <li>4 + years related experience in Site Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing, Category Management Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners</li> <li>Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations/decisions.</li> <li>Quick learner with ability to learn new tools, programs and processes</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually</li> <li>Efficient time management and organizational skills - able to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables</li> <li>Experience communicating results to senior leadership</li> <li>Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership</li> <li>Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation</li> <li>Experience utilizing systems and tools involving web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for campaign development, analysis, and reporting</li> </ul> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br /> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment</li> <li>Experience in a site merchandising role or assortment within a retail or e-commerce environment</li> <li>Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary</li> <li>Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities</li> </ul> <br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $72,880 - $112,560<br />IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $83,840 - $129,480
