Overview: The Data Analyst provides e-commerce analytics support to a variety of departments within the ADUSA umbrella. The Analyst translates customer behavioral information into accurate, insightful and predictive information for business stakeholders.<br /><br /><strong>Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location is Chicago, IL.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provides strategic insight based on existing data sources and contributes to conversations regarding future digital programs and enhancements</li> <li>Collaborates with 3rd party vendors to design customer behavioral models that guide audience development, support campaign offer targeting and forecast campaign impact.</li> <li>Designs, develops and delivers timely and error-free reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as needed.</li> <li>Identifies customer behavioral trends as it relates to engagement, redemption, sales and customer experience.</li> <li>Works closely within a team environment to incorporate collaborative business plans utilizing both internal and external data partners.</li> <li>Works with a wide variety of internal systems, syndicated data systems and proprietary vendor provided system to generate meaningful recommendations and insights.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience with large scale websites/big data associated with site.</li> <li>Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python or R.</li> <li>Prior web analytics experience.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Business Intelligence or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.</li> <li>3+ years of applicable experience, with emphasis on marketing/financial analysis, data mining, or database marketing/analytics.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.</li> <li>Presentation experience to various internal levels of management.</li> </ul> <br />Salary Range: $93,840- $140,760
