Overview: Responsible for set-up of new items and maintenance of item data for all Ahold Delhaize USA Brands in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborates with assigned Category teams, Finance, Replenishment, Supply Chain and Shelf Merchandising in support of all ADUSA Brands' go-to-market strategies. Strong focus on data accuracy with the understanding of how this directly impacts the business.<br /><br /><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. &nbsp;Our core office locations include Scarborough, ME and Salisbury, NC.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.&nbsp;</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Set-up of new and maintenance of existing items across all ADUSA Brands &nbsp;</li> <li>Attributes maintained include but are not limited to: item description, size, UPC, UOM, shipping data, store authorization, replenishment, distribution, and scale data&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute in accordance with established service level agreements&nbsp;</li> <li>Project work as assigned&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute quality assurance checks and balances on process and forms/submissions&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure consistent execution of new item submissions as well as maintenance forms in support of data integrity and accuracy&nbsp;</li> <li>Interact with and guide Category associates in the new item set-up or maintenance process, including exceptions &nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in troubleshooting/problem resolution for any issues related to item set-up or maintenance, including resolving submissions via the company&rsquo;s ticketing systems in accordance with established service level agreements&nbsp;</li> <li>Learn &amp; understand systems used to set up and maintain new items&nbsp;</li> <li>This position requires use of a computer/laptop all day&nbsp;</li> <li>Flexible schedule; 3 days/wk in corporate office as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Possible travel 2% (1 or 2 times per year for department/team functions)</li> <li>Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.</li> </ul>
