Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an Enterprise Marketing Manager of Offer Delivery. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between internal business teams, external partners, and IT to ensure the accurate setup, execution, and reporting of customer-facing coupons, loyalty offers and complex promotions across retail and digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, data management experience, marketing operations experience, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive offer innovation, system integration, and operational excellence.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.&nbsp; Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, Carlisle, PA, and Scarborough, ME. </strong><br /><br /><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong><br /><strong>&nbsp;</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage a team of specialists, analysts and coordinators responsible for timely and accurate offer entry, peer review, and deployment of coupons, loyalty programs, personalized campaigns and complex promotions</li> <li>Advise internal business teams on offer types, configurations and format strategies to support brand and customer marketing objectives</li> <li>Drive conversations with external vendors to expand offer capabilities and enhance platform functionality</li> <li>Oversee business partner relationships related to offer setup, submission, performance reporting, and technical integrations with POS and e-commerce systems</li> <li>Coordinate efforts to improve data integrity, including billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting tied to offers</li> <li>Initiate and manage large-scale cross-functional projects to improve offer delivery accuracy and operational efficiency</li> <li>Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and data validation efforts for enhancements to offer delivery platforms and related systems</li> <li>Collaborate with IT, digital product owners and data integrations managers to assess technical roadmaps and impacts of POS, e-commerce system, loyalty platform and API changes</li> <li>Troubleshoot offer setup issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions</li> <li>Maintain strong, professional communication with internal and external partners to support cross-functional initiatives</li> <li>Support ongoing data management tasks related to offer delivery systems and processes</li> </ul> <br />&nbsp;
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant business experience</li> <li>3+ years of experience in offer management, data management, campaign management or digital marketing systems</li> <li>Proven track record working with large-scale retail applications or platforms with high-volume of transactions and API integrations</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical requirements into business outcomes and vice versa</li> <li>Preferred Requirements:</li> <li>Experience in retail, grocery, CPG, or loyalty marketing environments</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise systems and databases such as NCR&rsquo;s Point of Sale (POS), NCR&rsquo;s Advanced Marketing Systems (AMS), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL relational databases, NoSQL non-relational databases, and/or DataBricks</li> <li>Knowledge of personalization engines, digital marketing platforms, or customer data platforms (CDPs).</li> </ul> ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $108,880 - $163,320 <br /><br />IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $125,200 - $187,800
