Overview: The Product Analyst will interact with customers to determine their needs and find solutions. This role will be responsible for all product-related analysis, utilizing customer and product data. In addition, this role will work in close collaboration with the Product Manager to find the best methods to fulfill the business requirements.<br /><br /><strong>Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, and Carlisle, PA.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with the product manager by assisting in requirements gathering, analysis, and coordination.</li> <li>Support the creation of product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and key results (OKR&rsquo;s) in order to ensure teams are focusing on outcomes and anticipated business value.</li> <li>Drive planning activities leading up to each Program Increment (PI), partnering to ensure features are defined, prioritized and ready.</li> <li>Serve as a liaison between the business and the development team to ensure business needs are met and stories are clearly defined.</li> <li>Initiate and lead requirement sessions through user interviews and focus groups.</li> <li>Participate in all relevant Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning.</li> <li>Provide implementation and production support.</li> <li>Partner with Product Manager to produce project level communication, reporting, and tracking.</li> <li>Documents requirements to deliver expected results to stakeholders and ensure traceability standards for requirements to maintain products&rsquo; lifecycle through developed test plans and test case.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent professional work experience/certification.</li> <li>2+ years' overall relevant experience.</li> <li>Experience being user-focused and dedicated to understanding user needs and requirements.</li> <li>Experience in gathering requirements and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to analyze and breakdown problem statements and apply critical reasoning to address business challenges and proposed solutions.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize agile requirements and support Product Manager in prioritizing requirement backlogs, based on an understanding of product strategy, plans and roadmaps.</li> <li>Key Skills: analytical problem solving, able to translate data into actionable insights.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Master&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred.</li> </ul> <br /><br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040-112,560<br /><br />IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320-129,480
