Overview: Responsible for designing, creating/building, analyzing and distributing reports (excess of fifty per week), both operational and financial, that provide analytic information to key stakeholders (Senior Management, Pharmacy Operations, Store Operations and Finance/Accounting) to support all ADUSA Brand&rsquo;s reports and ad hoc requests are generated from a variety of pharmacy reporting tools on a regular cadence as well as on demand requests. Requires analytical and research skills as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills to mine pharmacy data from reporting tools to analyze, combine and format large datasets into meaningful content for end users.<br /><br /><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD</strong><br /><br /><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Generate standard and ad hoc reporting from reporting tools on a weekly, period, quarterly and year to date basis. <ul> <li>Reports include metrics such as prescription, sales, gross margin, PBM rates, and operational information.</li> <li>Other tools utilized to retrieve financial data include but not limited: SAP/EPM, Data Insights Reporting Tool, McKesson Enterprise Pharmacy Dispensing, Inmar Analytics, Power BI: SAS (Prod), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and ACIS/DSS. .</li> </ul> </li> <li>Utilize strong analytical and research skills. <ul> <li>Requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills to mine key pharmacy data from reporting tools to analyze, combine and format large datasets into meaningful content to support key stakeholders for Brand and consolidated views.</li> <li>Research and analyze activity recorded to pharmacy sales, margin and expenses. Work with various accounting teams to understand impact and provide input if needed.</li> <li>Provide feedback to Brands inquiring about pharmacy sales, margin and expense impacts.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide support in identifying, researching and understanding pharmacy trends including marginPBM reimbursement, physical inventory, reclamation, vendor allowances, expense and sales.</li> <li>Review data/reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Support the documentation of business processes, including types of reporting (immunization, controls), systems utilized, and steps needed to retrieve data/reporting.</li> <li>Support the identification of appropriate accruals for shrink and rebates as needed.</li> <li>Support various areas (procurement, regulatory, pricing, managed care, clinical) within the department.</li> <li>Assist and prepare Brand budgeting, forecasts, and latest estimates. Assist in the reconciliation of actual results to budgets/forecasts.</li> <li>Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Pharmacy Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial and operational reporting, data analysis, or a similar analytics-focused role.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, large dataset management).</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Strong analytical and research skills to interpret trends, variances, and complex data.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and pharmacy teams.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to document processes.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.</span></li> </ul> <br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160 <br /><br />IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320 <br />
