Overview: The Analyst of Product Master Data Management (PMDM) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and the PMDM solution within ADUSA. Their primary responsibility is to analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement or automation and to work with the business to deploy new capabilities inside the solution.<br /><br />***Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by defining and prioritizing key capabilities to optimize the product lifecycle inside the existing PMDM tool. Responsible for championing the needs of the customer to the Product team and working with Product to prioritize the backlog from a business value perspective.</li> <li>Translates business product goals and objectives into clear business requirements documents and partners with the Product Team to develop actionable product strategies. Collaborates with IT, Product and 3rd party tool support to ensure the tool's functionality aligns with business needs.</li> <li>Leads training and system demos for all users. Leads end to end UAT and ticket support.</li> <li>Responsible for the development of relevant test scripts and driving UAT activities, participates in scrum ceremonies, and supports change management activities (e.g., training, communications).</li> <li>Ensures end users are well supported and IT tickets/root cause analysis are completed within department SLAs. First line of defense for escalation.</li> <li>Implements data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the item lifecycle tool and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to leadership highlighting tool performance and process enhancements.</li> <li>Domain applications/process expert across legacy systems and PMDM.</li> <li>Responsible for keeping PMDM system training up to date.</li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the appointment.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a concentration in Supply Chain is preferred.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, IT, or data management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of grocery supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, warehouse functions, and related documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, ASNs).</li> <li>Familiarity with inventory and supply chain data elements, including UPCs, pallet patterns, and load building standards.</li> <li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>Experience with EDI is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to identify data patterns and exceptions quickly.</li> <li>Ability to manage priorities and timelines independently while effectively tracking and following up on multiple conversations.</li> <li>Comfortable learning new systems and processes with a quick ramp-up time.</li> <li>Proactive ambassador for data integrity and EDI, effectively communicating its value across teams.</li> <li>Maintains awareness of trends and developments in grocery retail, supply chain, and EDI industries.</li> </ul> <br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160 <br /><br />IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320 <br /><br />All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills. <br /><br />This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
