Our mission is to create impactful early talent programs that provide cohorts with meaningful project work, learning and development sessions, and mentorship opportunities. <br /><br /><strong>Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. <br /><br />Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from July 13, 2026 through December 4, 2026. <br /><br />We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. <br /><br />Please submit your resume including your cumulative GPA. Transcripts may be requested at a future date.<br /><br /></strong>This development team is responsible for improving the performance and quality of the user experience on our customer facing website. The team focuses on monitoring and measuring site performance and developing standards and processes that the other Front End Development teams can follow to ensure quality code is sent to production in a timely manner. This involves simplifying tedious tasks, creating common reusable FE components, and working with our content team to maintain the development side of our CMS. <br /><br />During your time here at ADUSA, you will be part of a medium sized scrum team with a collaborative set of developers. We strive to constantly learn and become stronger as a team with a desire to deliver changes in an efficient manner and with a focus on code quality. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the migration of a new CMS, the rewrite of our website on a modernized platform and establishing quality and performance standards for other dev teams to follow.
