Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, technology, or related field</li> <li>6-10+ years of progressively increasing experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects or programs, including accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes. </li> <li>PMP Certification or the ability to obtain a PMP Certification within 1 year of hire.</li> <li>Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) to include lifecycles, system integrators, and enterprise data and process dependencies</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing and developing other project or program managers, including reviewing plans, enforcing standards, and driving delivery consistency.</li> <li>Proven ability to operate effectively within formal PMO or TMO governance structures, including executive steering committees, stage‑gate reviews, and change control processes.</li> <li>Strong expertise in program planning, integrated scheduling, dependency management, risk and issue escalation, and executive reporting.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across business, technology, &amp; operations in a highly matrixed environment, without relying on direct authority.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program information into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.</li> <li>Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and matrixed environments with shared ownership and evolving transformation scope.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 40%</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications:<br /> <ul> <li>Master's degree in business, project management, operations, technology, or related field</li> <li>Experience working across predictive (waterfall), agile, or hybrid delivery models</li> </ul> <br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440 <br /><br />IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680 <br /><br />Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
