Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br /><br /><strong>Primary Purpose</strong><br /><br />Designs, implements, and supports network services across data center, campus, and cloud, improving reliability through automation and observability.<br /><br />Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location<span class="modified"> is in Charlotte Metro area.</span><br /><br />Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design network changes and implement configurations safely.</li> <li>Automate routine tasks and configuration baselines.</li> <li>Enhance monitoring, alerting, and packet level diagnostics.</li> <li>Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes.</li> <li>Troubleshoot incidents and drive problem resolution.</li> <li>Document standards, diagrams, and operational guides.</li> <li>Collaborate with security and platform teams on segmentation and access controls.</li> <li>May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.</li> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in enterprise networking, including routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), SD-WAN deployments, enterprise wireless (Aruba, Cisco WLC), and network security.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), Zscaler, ClearPass, and Infoblox.</li> <li>Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) and monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, Datadog).</li> <li>Effective communication and stakeholder alignment.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Exposure to cloud networking constructs.</li> <li>Understanding of capacity modeling and performance testing.</li> <li><strong>Preferred certifications:</strong> Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet FCP, and Aruba ACSP.</li> </ul> <strong>Salary Range:</strong><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="normaltextrun"> $125,040 - $187,560</span></span><br><br>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
