Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br /><br /><strong>Primary Purpose</strong><br /><br />The Cloud Reliability Engineer III designs and implements cloud services and guardrails, automates routine operations, and improves reliability and developer experience. <br /><br />Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC.<br /><br />Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design reusable cloud modules and reference patterns.</li> <li>Implement policy enforcement and configuration baselines.</li> <li>Enhance observability and SLO/SLA reporting.</li> <li>Execute upgrades, patching, and change windows safely.</li> <li>Troubleshoot incidents and drive corrective actions.</li> <li>Document standards, golden paths, and runbooks.</li> <li>Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams.</li> <li>May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.</li> <li>5+ years in cloud engineering or platform operations.</li> <li>5+ years of experience working on Linux based systems</li> <li>5+ years Production experience in Cloud technologies - Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, Azure functions, Azure automation and runbooks, workbooks, Insights, Security center, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics. <ul> <li>Hands on experience with IaC tools like ADO, ARM, terraform, ansible, PowerShell, python, azcli, github</li> <li>Hands on with automation, IAM, networking, and core cloud services.</li> <li>Familiarity with containers/serverless and CI/CD.</li> <li>Strong problem solving and communication.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>At least 4 years of hands-on operational experience supporting the following or related experience: <ul> <li>Azure Virtual Network, VWAN, Express route, Load Balancer (L4/L7), Traffic Manager, CDN, Azure DNS, routing &amp; routing protocols like BGP, firewall concepts</li> <li>Azure Identity including any of the following: Azure AD, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, Azure AD Connect, Password less sign-ins, Microsoft Defender, key vault</li> <li>Azure Governance, Security, Monitoring, Workbooks, Compliance, and cost awareness</li> <li>Azure Virtual Machines, Containers and/or Kubernetes and/or OpenShift (infrastructure perspective)</li> <li>Azure Storage Account, Disk, Snapshot, Backup, Site Recovery, file sync, Data Lake</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications<br /> <ul> <li>Azure Certifications</li> <li>Exposure to cost optimization and tagging standards.</li> <li>Understanding of backup/DR patterns in cloud.</li> </ul> Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560 <br /><br />All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills. <br /><br />This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.<br />
