Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br /><br /><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">The Master Data Management Support Analyst II plays a critical role in all vendor and item set-up and maintenance activities across Ahold Delhaize USA. This position involves collaborating with various departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective vendor &amp; item set-up management &amp; controls. This role is responsible for supporting positive vendor relationships, vendor issue resolution &amp; root cause analysis, following control protocols, and supporting master data management strategies.</span><br /><br />Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Acts as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal ADUSA business teams when support and guidance is needed during the vendor and item set-up and maintenance process.</li> <li>Facilitates communication and training between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.</li> <li>Regularly supports ADUSA functional business areas and vendors on effective vendor and item set-up and maintenance and provides ongoing performance feedback to all stakeholders.</li> <li>Monitors vendor and internal stakeholder compliance with established vendor and item set-up polices.</li> <li>Assists in conducting vendor audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Gathers and analyzes vendor master data, prepares reports for management and relevant teams.</li> <li>Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of vendor and item set-up, maintenance, and master data support initiatives.</li> <li>Supports the analysis of data insights to identify areas of improvement and recommends appropriate action plans to senior analysts and leadership.</li> <li>Contributes to the continuous improvement of vendor and item set-up and maintenance processes and workflows.</li> <li>Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance of vendor and item set-up and maintenance.</li> <li>Participates in vendor-related meetings, providing valuable insights and updates.</li> <li>Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values. </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience</li> <li>1-2 years previous experience in vendor management, internal controls, or similar role</li> <li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.</li> <li>Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills</li> <li>Attention to detail, well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously</li> <li>Complete understanding and ability to apply principles and standards. Knowledge of industry practices.</li> <li>Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines.</li> <li>Requires travel - typically 10%</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications:<br /> <ul> <li>Accounting knowledge (Accounts Payable/Receivable, etc.)</li> <li>Internal controls/process improvement backgroun</li> <li>Experience in grocery retail/category management</li> <li>Familiarity with Ahold Delhaize USA systems and processes&nbsp;</li> </ul> <br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160 <br /><br />IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320 <br /><br />
