Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">The Associate Technology &amp; Experience team partners across HR, IT, and business functions to improve the associate experience through process improvement, technology solutions, data insights, and innovation initiatives. </span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">The team supports projects focused on employee experience, digital transformation, reporting, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">The intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of innovation and project initiatives that enhance the associate experience across ADUSA.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"> They will participate in project planning, business process analysis, stakeholder meetings, data analysis, and solution development activities.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"> The intern will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and exploring how technology and AI can be applied to drive business innovation and improve operational effectiveness.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Analytics,&nbsp;</span><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Communications,</span>&nbsp;<span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">or related field.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Effective written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Interest in technology, innovation, process improvement, data analytics, or artificial intelligence.</span></li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.</span></strong><br /><br /><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20</span><br /><br /><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80</span>
