Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">The Associate Experience team is part of Human Resources and is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our associates, people leaders, and HR business partners. <br /></span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Our work spans Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Engagement, Rewards, Recognition and Wellbeing, Early Talent, and the Performance Management cycle. </span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">We support key recurring HR processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help build leadership capability across the organization.</span></li> <li>The intern will support both small- and large-scale projects aligned with the Associate Experience team's work.</li> <li>They will have opportunities to work independently and collaborate with a variety of team members, gaining exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and approaches to achieving shared goals.</li> </ul>
