Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">The</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A)</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">&nbsp;</span><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">team drives continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning for the organization, cultivating the best talent and building financial acumen.</span></span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph"> FP&amp;A supports all functions across ADUSA, collaborating to build strategic goals and support business partners to achieve omnichannel growth. </span></span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">The team has recently implemented a new financial planning and reporting tool (BPC) and is focused on building new functionality within the tool to transform and evolve the financial planning process.</span></span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph"> The Finance Data Analyst intern will&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">be responsible for</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">&nbsp;the following:</span></span><br /> <ul> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">Support Finance business lead/IT on evolution of financial planning tool (i.e., researching data issues, identifying opportunities to streamline, testing new functionality).</span></span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">Support FP&amp;A teams during forecast/budget cycle&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">regarding</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">&nbsp;financial planning system inputs (</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">i.e.,&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">training, troubleshooting issues,&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">validating</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">&nbsp;data).</span></span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br />
