Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The AI team at ADUSA is focused on building advanced personalization and recommendation systems to improve the digital grocery shopping experience for millions of customers.</li> <li>We specialize in hyper-personalization, leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and graph-based modeling to generate actionable insights.</li> <li>Our work powers business decisions across e-commerce, marketing, and customer engagement, driving both innovation and measurable growth.</li> <li>We also develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain model training pipelines and microservice APIs that support scalable model inferencing in production.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Strong programming skills in Python with coursework or projects in data science/AI.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to communicate technical results.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with machine learning concepts, natural language processing, Generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Understanding Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, multi-step workflows, tool usage, and orchestration patterns.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of recommendation systems, personalization techniques, ranking models, and customer/product relevance modeling.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and transformer-based architectures, including when and how to apply them to practical AI use cases.</span></li> <li><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto">Ability to implement, evaluate, and tune classical machine learning models such as XGBoost, Random Forest, gradient boosting, regression models, and other standard ML techniques for real-world business problems.</span></li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.</span></strong><br /><br /><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70</span><br /><br /><span xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none">IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30</span>
