Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Own Brands Program Management Team provides portfolio visibility, reporting, and project oversight for strategic Own Brands initiatives.</li> <li>Working cross-functionally across the organization, the team develops tools and insights that support informed decision-making and ensure progress toward key business objectives.</li> <li>This Co-op will develop reporting tools and Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into initiatives such as Catalog Reviews, New Item Development, Supplier Transitions, On-Time/Late Items, and Resets.</li> <li>The role will support data analysis, project reporting, and stakeholder communications by delivering timely, accurate insights and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve data quality and reporting effectiveness.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field.</li> <li>Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Power Automate or any automation expertise.</li> <li>Understanding of data validation and quality assurance principles.</li> <li>Ability to track project milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly to various stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>Interest in retail, merchandising, product development, or business intelligence reporting preferred.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.</strong><br /><br />ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00<br /><br />IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20<br /><br /> <p>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
