Overview: The Analyst IV, Data performs data analysis, builds dashboards and reports, and contributes to the development of data models and metrics that support day to day and long-term decision making.<br /><br /><strong>*Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC or Quincy, MA.</strong><br /><br /><strong>*Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.</li> <li>Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies through analytical and statistical techniques.</li> <li>Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting artifacts.</li> <li>Support KPI creation and performance measurement.</li> <li>Monitor data quality, identify issues, and recommend improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines and data structures.</li> <li>Document analytical processes and communicate insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements, refine KPIs, and ensure analytics align to business objectives.</li> <li>Leads key aspects of change management by shaping data-driven recommendations, guiding stakeholders through process or tooling changes, and enabling adoption across multiple teams.</li> <li>Share expertise and best practices with peers through informal coaching, knowledge sharing, and review of analytical approaches to strengthen team capability and consistency.</li> <li>May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.</li> <li>5+ years of data analysis experience.</li> <li>Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Experience with statistical packages or light scripting (Python, R).</li> </ul> <br />Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560<br /><br />Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
