Serving as the Santa Barbara receptionist and first point of contact for CALM visitors and clients, the ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, anticipating needs, refining processes, and driving projects forward with proactive efficiency. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>As a keyholder, open and close the Santa Barbara office and greet and direct visitors and clients upon their arrival.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide strong administrative support to CALM by receiving, responding, and distributing incoming and outgoing inquiries and communications (via mail, voicemail, email, etc.), data entry, preparing and/or filing documents and reports, and monitoring and ordering office and/or program supplies as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and trainings.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and coordinate facility improvements, inspections, services, cleaning, and maintenance with third-party contractors.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees including setting up workspaces, coordinating IT needs, distribution and inventory of office keys, and ordering supplies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage IT inventory and internal requests for technology equipment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve on CALM&rsquo;s Safety Committee and monitor and ensure workplace safety and professional appearance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist the clinical team with specialty administrative requests as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review and improve administrative procedures, and practices in order to optimize for efficiency and clarity, when possible.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties or projects as assigned.</li> </ul>
