Overview: You&rsquo;ll generate sales of build and operate eCommerce sites allowing registered users to procure over 140 million SKU&rsquo;s of building automation controls parts and peripherals from over 120 of the industries&rsquo; leading brands.&nbsp; <p>The successful candidate will establish and build upon relationships with building controls parts buyers, to create a substantial and thriving online business to continually increase market share in the territory.</p> <p>Will develop a strategy to grow the footprint of existing Masters Building Solutions customers. Over time, this role will evolve to also incorporate new customers.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Working from home or the Contractor&rsquo;s own office located in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, the partner will be measured on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and customer loyalty.</li> <li>In running this business venture as your own, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for 100% of your operating expense such as office facilities, communications, travel and expenses, etc.</li> <li>Develop the account targeting and engagement strategy.</li> <li>Plan, schedule and conduct high quality, revenue generating face-to-face and telephone sales calls every day of the working week.</li> <li>Further develop existing customer relationships in a productive and mutually beneficial manner.</li> <li>Consistently maintain account and customer contact and record follow up details in the ecommerce platforms built in CRM tool.</li> <li>Respond in a timely and professional manner to customers&rsquo; real-time needs.</li> <li>Interact with colleagues to resolve customer issues.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit</li> <li>Proven 5+ year track record in successfully selling building controls parts and peripherals to mechanical or building controls contractors and/or end users within the Chicago Metropolitan Area.</li> <li>Market knowledge and contacts with immediate purchasing power</li> <li>Heavy HVAC Parts Sales Experience, preferably to end users in the following vertical markets:</li> <li>Higher Ed, K-12, Healthcare, Property Management, Government</li> <li>Money motivated and competitive&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Willing to spend between 50-90% of your time out in the field selling.</li> <li>Highly adept at securing appointments with prospects</li> <li>Ability to anticipate, identify, and pro-actively resolve problems.</li> <li>Able to adapt to frequent change.</li> </ul>
