Responsibilities: <p style="line-height: 16.8pt; margin: 3.75pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">As a Member of the Customer Satisfaction Team, you will be building relationships and friendships, and supporting the growth of our Client's business through a combination of customer satisfaction training skills, telephone calls and email communication. This may also involve heading out to the clients at times as well as company and client functions (which are always fun!)</span></p>
