You will initiate and lead our digital content, field marketing, and ongoing lead nurturing programs. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a small existing team and operations and build out a scalable plan which aligns with our long term 10x growth strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead and enable our digital content strategy, including scaling our SEM/SEO initiatives across North America, EMEA, and abroad.</li> <li>Enable new business development. You will work with our CEO and leadership team to help scale Lead-To-Close automation. This will include enabling KPI tracking across both field and inside sales metrics (i.e. MQLs, SALs and Opportunities).&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop, recommend, and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of paid and organic channels which target a buyer&rsquo;s journey.</li> <li>Develop content including thought leadership, webinars and other email and lead campaigns to meet growth targets.</li> <li>Own our marketing budget and optimize accordingly to achieve company targets.</li> <li>Develop and nurture channel partnerships.</li> </ul>

You are a player-coach.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have B2B SaaS experience growing marketing in a smaller company environment and strong SEO/SEM expertise.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a proven track record developing account-based marketing (ABM) programs.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You demonstrate success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) marketing programs, maximizing a company&rsquo;s international market share and profits.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have attention to detail as well as outstanding verbal, written, presentation and influencing skills.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have experience in building and scaling marketing teams (minimum 5 years of work experience and have completed a post-secondary Bachelor&rsquo;s degree).&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You make decisions based on data and analytics.
