This is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing consulting, training, and support to the senior leadership, software teams, and end-users at our enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing consulting, training, and support to the senior leadership, software teams, and end-users at our enterprise customers. You will increase their engagement by empowering them with the knowledge to master the full value of their Atlassian suite. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on our services, defining an agile strategy to optimize our customer's fully managed Atlassian environment on AWS.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What's in it for you</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical challenges.</strong> You want to play an integral role building out your expertise in Atlassian. You will earn professional certification in AWS, Atlassian, and other tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>As the new&nbsp;Junior Atlassian Consultant, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Consult and advise.</strong> You will partner with clients to solve functional issues with, adopting and configuring Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence, and complementary 3rd party products.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Collaborate. </strong>You will work with various stakeholders to provide strategic insight into defining and improving service or solution features.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Design.</strong> You will build customer workflows, schemes, agile boards, JQL filters, dashboards, etc.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Passion, collaboration, and self-motivation.</strong> You are driven to learn more about and earn Atlassian certifications. You can work within a team on multiple concurrent initiatives.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Consultative approach.</strong> You have experience coordinating projects, gathering business needs, and translating them into requirements. The state of mind to grow into an influential, trusted advisor, you can adapt to every client's needs. Scrum Master or project management experience would be considered an asset in this role.</li> <li><strong>Technical knowledge. </strong>You have hands-on exposure mapping deliverables into JIRA or Confluence workflows and administration.</li> <li><strong>Communication skills. </strong>You can positively impact and influence a project team, adeptly using video conferencing to make connections from a distance.
